The Vietnam Entry and Exit Form (NA1), also known as the Vietnamese visa application form, is a crucial document that all passengers must submit to Immigration Officers upon entering Vietnam.
Here’s how it works:
- Form Distribution: Typically, this form is handed out on the airplane or upon landing at a Vietnam airport.
- Completion: Fill out the required information on the form and return it to the Vietnam Immigration Officer at the airport or border gate.
- Visa Stamping: If you have a Vietnam Visa on Arrival, the officer will stamp the visa into your passport using your visa approval letter. If you have a visa from the Vietnam Embassy (pre-arranged visa), the officer will give you an entry stamp.
To save time and avoid any issues at the airport (e.g., no pen or glue to attach a photo), it’s advisable to download the form, complete it in advance, and attach a passport-sized photo before your trip.
You can download the form [here].
